Stormwater Drainage and Hydrologic & Hydraulic Analysis

• Analysis and design of Council’s Stormwater Systems and the impacts on these systems due to future development;

• Design of drainage structures;
• Erosion & Sedimentation Control;

Roadworks

• Detailed road design to include RTA based road design of Federal and State Highways & associated road networks;
• Intersections design and detailing to include round-a-bouts;
• Design of traffic calming devices, pedestrian refuges etc;
• Road rehabilitation and streetscaping and;
• Pavement design.

Water and Waste Water Systems

• Design of water and waste water reticulation systems;
• Design of sewage pumping stations;
• Assess current water and sewerage networks and to determine availability for future development and potential upgrades required to maintain an adequate level of service and;
• Integrated water and water waste modelling.

Earthworks & Earth Structures

• Design of retaining structures;
• Design of shoring systems and;
• Design of earthworks.

RTA Based Works

• Design of roadworks and intersections on Federal and State Highways based road networks;
• Independent design verification and;
• Undertake site supervision works during construction to assess compliance with the RTA specifications as required under the WAD.

RHMCE has the accreditation from the RTA to undertake the site supervision works during construction as detailed above.  Such accreditation can only be obtained to practices that have had extensive experience in the design, construction and supervision of RTA based works.

• Contracts administration of clients and contractors during the construction phase.
